To understand the basic features of Pressure-Read, follows these step before proceeding to read the User Manual.
Get a book on the page and read it. The full manual explains the numbers. This only gets you running.
Pressure Read is a second look at resting bids and asks. It is not a broker. It does not tell you to buy or sell. Demo books are hypothetical. Not investment advice.
Open Pressure Read. Three blocks: BOOK, OPINION, RESEARCH.
Start with A (packed bids) and D (packed offers). Then C if you want book and tape to disagree.

The ticker can come from the filename. Sizes in a CSV must be plain: 1200, not 1,200. Your own file works the same way. TD Advanced Dashboard, Market-by-price L2, then Excel Data from Picture, saved as CSV UTF-8.
This is the inside quote only, best bid and best ask. It is capped Moderate and flagged top-of-book only. Fine as a glance. Not a ten-level book, and not a read on the next trade.
Show quote pulls a Yahoo Finance snapshot for the ticker: prior close, last, and day change. It is context only. It is not used in the Pressure Read.
The book is one moment of resting bids and asks. The session quote says where that moment sits in the day. A packed offer means more if the stock is already down from the prior close. A thin bid means less if the last trade is unchanged. The quote does not score the ladder, and it does not confirm the headline.
Ask Grok is wired and may be off until credits are on the account. It is news and context only. Not a Pressure Read or BUY/SELL recommendation. It does not rescore the book above it.
**Be sure to type the stock ticker symbol in the question.
Buttons survive a load. After a CSV or an IEX pull, look at the lights before you read. One tape, one persistence. Then decide yourself.
