These terms govern use of 2OP_technology.com, including Pressure Read, Demos A–F, IEX top-of-book load, CSV upload / refresh, and the manuals and notes on this site. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2OP_Technology is Canada-based software. It is not a dealer, adviser, marketplace, or broker. We do not open accounts, hold money, route orders, or give personal recommendations.
Pressure Read is a second opinion on near-term trading pressure from one book snapshot. That snapshot may be a demo tape, an IEX top-of-book quote, or a Market-by-price CSV you supply. The on-page line stands: it is not a buy/sell recommendation.
The read may use more than a raw size imbalance. Where the book has enough levels, it can look at mass, where that mass sits, and how tight it is (size-weighted location and spread of resting size). IEX live load is top-of-book only and is capped as a moderate, inside-quote read. A two-sided quote is not a full ladder. Demos A–F are teaching tapes, not live markets.
Not investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Not a rating, forecast, or promise of profit. Not a substitute for your broker’s book, your records, or your risk limits. Books change. An opinion on a still can be stale in seconds. If you need advice, use a registered adviser. If you need to trade, use your brokerage.
You decide what you load, what you believe, and what you do next. You are responsible for ticker choice, file quality, and any action you take after you read an opinion. Sizes in a CSV must be plain numbers (1200, not 1,200). A bad file can produce a bad read.
IEX top-of-book is requested through our server. Venue keys stay in server secrets and are not on the page. IEX data remains subject to IEX’s rules. We do not promise uptime, completeness, or that a symbol trades on IEX.
A file you choose stays a local snapshot for that session unless we later say otherwise in writing. We do not claim ownership of your CSV. Do not upload material you have no right to use. Do not upload data that includes information you are not allowed to share.
We do not log into TD or any broker. Excel “Data from Picture” and the CSV path are yours.
Use the public tool as provided. Do not try to break, overload, or scrape the site into another product. Do not probe /tob.php or other endpoints beyond the buttons on the page. Do not attempt to extract keys. Do not use the site to mislead anyone that 2 OP Technology is a broker or that an opinion is an order.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that loads will succeed, that an opinion will match a live ladder, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Markets, venues, browsers, and files fail.
To the extent Canadian law allows, 2 OP Technology is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, stale snapshots, bad parses, venue outages, or decisions you make after reading an opinion. If a court finds liability anyway, it is limited to a small amount commensurate with a free public page — not to market losses.
Do not put personal information into a CSV. We do not ask for account numbers. Server logs and the IEX request path may see ordinary technical data (time, ticker requested, errors). We do not sell a customer list.
We may change the tool or these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which the operator resides, without a fight over which law applies. Courts there have venue, except that you and we may still use a small-claims process where it fits.
